The ultimate solution to fabricate custom made one piece Ti abutments with individual emergence profile. The fit of connection is factory made precise.
The materials used are the finest Titanium Grade V ELI (extra low intersticial) or also called Grade 23. Maximize soft tissue attachment by creating individual emergence profile. Pre-milled blank is the smartest solution, to create custom made, one-piece Titanium abutments. Blank holders are available for different types of dental milling machines.

Lab scan body is designed in cooperation with Exocdd (Library free for Exocad,
3Shape and Dwos) For lab scan bodies, fixation screw can be purchased separately. Intraoral scan bodies are construated with hidden fixation screw. Only 4 mm in diameter for an optimal intraoral use. Also recommended for in-lab application.

Same screwdriver is used as the original implant system. Healing collars used in combination with Narrow and Regular platforms. Slim, regular and wide diameters are suitable for different regions and emergence profiles. V1: shallow conical, V2: deep conical emergence profile.
